HOW TO START A RETURN

HazRex Return & Refund Policy

At HazRex, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right—quickly and hassle-free.

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified about the status of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement?

  • We’re happy to help with exchanges for eligible items
  • Just email us and we’ll guide you through the process

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping cost
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Product we do not carry
  • Products that are older than 60 days.
  • Copywritten or personalized materials and services
